Jagr is currently in development and will be coming soon. For now, we've got the site up and running so we can populate content while we continue to progress towards launch.

What is Jagr?

Starting out Jagr will house educational content and screencasts from a single individual. This is the goal for the minimum viable product (MVP) launch. However, the plan is to expand the site soon after launch to be able to openly accept content from the community. We want to ensure our platform is fine-tuned, functional, and ready before opening it to the public.

Where Are Things Now?

Below will be a changelog style list to keep you up-to-date on where things stand with the site's development. We'll get a dedicated changelog page setup in the future, but for now this will do.

  • 7.31.20 - Releasing initial content.
Good new, we're going to begin releasing content the first week of August. Since we're still diligently working on the site our initial content stream might be slow. However, rest assured with time it'll pick up.

We currently have several functionality items complete, but turned off via feature flags. As time passes and they become applicable we'll begin turning them on. Profiles look to be the first feature flag that'll get switched on. Then registering, login, and password reset will follow soon after.

  • 7.18.20 - Initial production site deployed.
We launched the initial production site. We'll begin writing and inserting content into our content management system (CMS) in preparation for an official launch.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to have more to share with you very soon!
